The first and easiest thing to check would be vacuum to the booster, it sounds like it could be the issue. Just unplug the hose going to the booster, hold your finger over it and have bonnie start it, you should be able to feel a good amount of suction, if you don't there could be a blockage, a cam could cause issues but I don't think that's your problem.

Alas that car note will go to pay a portion of our 850.00 per month health insurance.

Done. I did that first thing. At least it sucks like it always did.

I would then do as already mentioned, jack it up and see if the wheels turn freely, if not there's a good chance a caliper hung up, if a caliper is sticking many times the pistons will move outwards when applying the brake but not retract, resulting in the wheels not turning freely, if they do turn freely have someone step on the brake and see if the wheels stop turning, if not it may be hung calipers. The thing that is odd is that you wouldn't think all 4 would hang up. If all the above things check out then I would start looking for a faulty power booster. Master cylinders generally don't cause a hard pedal, more the opposite.

Agreed.

I'll do a whole checklist this weekend. Sunday evening and Monday is the only time I get home in time to start the car without pissing off neighbors. hahaha

Its not the cam Randy, I have installed that one into 2 cars with no vacuum issues. Look at the master and if not check the calipers.
Try bleeding them an see what you get out of the bleeders.

Does the e-brake work?

That should be plenty

I've seen worse.

(on my own bills unfortunately)
Can't wait for that $700 annual fee that will continue to rise for not buying Obamacare, which only offers plans worse than what I already have for minimal savings

10-4 will do. Ya, I was fairly sure it was not cam based on the fact that guys have put even more aggressive cams in and not had this problem.

We'll be paying the 'fine/tax' as well. This year anyway. But we can't stay uncovered for too long. It's a shitty feeling.

Or maybe we just stay uncovered. They have to treat anyway right? Our business is incoporated. haha

I can see one caliper sticking but not all four.

Bleed issues should be soft pedal, not hard.

You have a vacuum issue I'm betcha. Pull the vacuum line while it's running & stick your finger over the hose. Nothing? Check vacuum at the intake.. Nothing? Either wrong place or clogged, or??? Might be as simple as a bug calling your vac line 'home'

Is there a check valve inline? Give it the BJ & see if it's stuck, & make sure it's installled in the right direction

The way I see it each year you go uncovered and don't have health problems you've just saved... what, 5 digits? Shit I'm young...

When you get a chance it's gotta be one of three... stuck caliper, bad master cylinder, or the most likely IMO the booster
