O2 sensor touching tranny after JBA midpipe install
I finished the install last night and when putting the O2 sensors back in I noticed that the pre-cat drivers side sensor's wires are touching the tranny. Curious to know if this will be a problem a few miles down the road. Any input is appreciated.

My o2 wires were slightly touching but it was never a problem when I had the JBA mids.

I'm asking.... but can you loosen em from the headers and turn the midpipe down away from the trans? I'm not familiar with JBA, but the ones i've done before you can turn em.

I can loosen it yes, but I cant rotate the pipe. It's just the way it's set up. If it's not causing problems down the road then I'm good. Drove about 200 miles this weekend with them on and no CEL

The engine and trans are solidly bolted together, so they should move together. If it's just the wires touching, you could put some plastic conduit around them to prevent chafing.

The actual sensor is on the transmission on mine. It actually bent a little when I tightened the pipes up. Everything seems to be fine though. I've put 200 miles on it, and don't have a CEL. This is just a poor design by JBA in my opinion.
