I need some warm weather therapy too! It was pretty nice today really. Mid 50s and I was happy without my jacket this afternoon. Wind out of the south too so temps were nice. Can't wait for car show season!

Sorry Ligntning. I hope the new doc has a few new tricks up his sleeve that will help. My back is a little better but still hurting. I am sitting here now with a heating pad on my back. Got to turn in soon as I have a meeting with the new boss first thing on my first day back. Yuck! And I need to keep packing things up in my office for hte move to hte new office. Double yuck!!! Hope everyone had a good weekend & that you have a good work week too!.

I had a rough day yesterday. I woke up with lower back pain which I do sometimes, but this was worse. It usually passes after an hour or two or at least becomes quite mild after the morning hours. But it hurt worse yesterday & did not improve even after doing some stretches, taking a hot bath with epsom salt & taking some Naproxen then later some extra strengh timed release asprin & sitting with a heat pad on it. It seems slightly less severe this morning but still hurting quite a bit. I'm not sure what I did to it. I hope it improves. This is no fun.

It was milder here yesterday, around 45 but windy. Today supposed get up to close to 50 but tomorrow back into the bitter cold for a few more days. Have a good Sunday everyone.

Good morning crew. Starting the day in hte upper 20's & heading into hte single digits for the next 3 days. Brrrrrrrrrr. Come on spring! I think my back is very slowly gettng better but still hurts, just not quite as badly. Gotta get going as I need to get to work a bit early for a meeting. HAGD all.

Sorry to hear so many not feeling well. My Mom (89) was sick all day yesterday and is probably dehydrated today. She didn't think she needed to visit the ER again this month. Wife is holding her own. Hoping things go well today as it is currently -16 with wind chill of -38! Can't believe our city schools weren't closed today like 98% of those in the state.

Hi Diane Still in planning stages.So many options Got so much Merger work at the job going on, hopefully will seriously get down to business around March or April. Have gotten two quotes back shipping the car away and having everything done turnkey which is crazy Labor $ May take the engine out and then get a block shipped, get a mail order tune then send it out to get setup and fine tuned. Planning on flying in for Fbody
