clutch sticking issues, notchy shifting, different clutch pedal engagement, will not go in to gears smooth even when at a stop......Burning smell when backing up or down shifting...Replaced my cap my self and has a new clutch,master cyl and pressure plate installed a few months ago

A9112484 11k mi.
1. Have had clutch pedal stick half way up 2x.
2. Chatter when downshifting.
3. Burning smell during normal driving.
4. Grinding into second after aggressive launch
5. Notchy shifting into 3rd.

Have had dealer look at it and told nothing wrong....wondering now if I should get on the horn with GM to have the clutch opened.......

I have put all these on a spread sheet and Its looking like we might be on to something. The lowest Vin we have is 9112 and goes to 9204. Keep em coming guys.

Just thought of something and I bet a bunch of you can remember this. Right after I ordered my car the manuals were put on a hold? Were they not? Just makes you wonder. And my vin is about 10th on the list right now.

Might've been around the time, halfshafts were breaking and they were trying to determine a cause.
Don't remember the exact reason for that constraint, I'll get back to you on that, unless someone else beats me to it.

What was your TPW, just to get a good idea on how far back to look.

Regarding the hold on manual SS's, I remember it well, and mine was built prior to that (was not held up). My build date was 6/3/2009 if I remember correctly. I was worried I could have the output shaft issue at the time.

Right around June or July cant remember got the car end of september and it took like 3 months or a little more.
