why?

the ring is the standard. . .it may be rough but if a car can't handle it will show on that track.

To match what you can test at the 'ring you'd need to go to at least half a dozen tracks. There really isn't a better place in the world to work on the suspension setup for a car.

(this is pure speculation) Expect to see rpo FE4 with fatter tires, bigger brakes, larger sways, revalved struts/shocks, higher durometer bushings in key areas. Even with all that, it will be tuned to acceptable (for the majority of buyers) NVH.

They will compromise where Pedders didn't have to.
The Chevrolet Camaro Z28 won't be more refined (with regard to NVH) than the Cadillac CTS-V. If anything, it will be less refined, which opens the door to improved performance. Whatever they did in the CTS-V, they can push it a little further in the Camaro. So the suspension can be a bit firmer and they'll get away with it. And the exhaust can be a bit louder and they'll get away with it. But even if everything is tuned the exact same as the CTS-V, the Z28 is going to be a bit lighter which will improve overall performance.

I would agree if they were on the same platform, the caddy engineers have the sigma nailed... And the cts-v that ran the 'ring was ... special

it's funny but to me the hood, lower grill and the rear spoiler all look like aftermarket parts we have been seening on owners cars for about a year now...

Hey one of you guys that have those parts on your Camaro get some chekerboard Contact paper and put it all over your car and go driving around and see if pictures of it show up on here as the Z28 testing on the streets LOL...
