Temper caused key to stick (help)

I'm an idiot first of all and my temper caused this problem. I pushed my Auto shifter into park TOO HARD and now I have a hard time getting my key out. Also, the shifter will move from park all the way down to low without the key even in the ignition. Car starts fine in park but its a struggle to turn and then hard to get key out. HELP

Thanks for the response. Its a 1989 Turbo Trans Am. Also, if I may pick your brain for a minute, my odometer quit as well. I have read it should either be motor, gear or cable. Whats the most likely failure. I know its pretty much an educated guess, but worth a shot. Thank you

exactly what size engine and tilt wheel?also found out depending on which trans could be cable or electronic if cable detach from trans see if can be turned by hand and see if speedo is trying to move or attach drill to it to spin not sure which direction to turn with drill cw or ccw if electronic could be faulty pm generator at trans which is replaceable or you have a bad speedo head unit or wiring problem
