Stripe Order Messed Up

My vert was built earlier this week and I decided today to go over my order online. I noticed the order number for stripes called for the rally when I ordered the hockey. I know the hockey's are installed at the dealer, but the black rally may be/have been installed on my car at the factory.

So I guess 1) be sure to all go over your orders!
2) It's not a huge deal because I'll get what I want, but now I'm wondering if I should keep the black rally strips on instead of the blacked out hood scoop..... thoughts?

Well i don't like hockey stripes, so id say keep the Rally's on there.

The next guy is gonna say he likes the hockeys, so have the dealer fix it.

up to you

Go ahead a get the car with the Rally's, if you don't like them, they are easy to remove. Don't know if you have any records to show you're order, to your dealer, if you want to try and have them eat the cost of the rally's...if you can prove it was their mistake.

I have the hockey stick stripes and they were factory installed when my car was built in November. I have the work traveler that came in the car and it is dated the day after the car was built. The stripes were actually installed by Ground Effects Ltd. in Oshawa, you can see that the car ships there after it is built then back to GM. The vert may have an issue with the shark fin on the trunk, the hockey stripes cover the entire center of the trunk and the rally's have the middle section open. I do know that on Chevys web site you cant price the car with hockey stripes any more.

The dealer is going to "make it right" regardless, and I'm 100% for sure on hockey. Just curious as to the look of the rally's on instead of the black out. Maybe I'll just keep them on and see if I like the combo

I know a guy that had both the rally's on the hood and the hockey stick put on, cost him double but he liked it.

At least this won't cost me double since it was the dealer's fault.

Is that the same car in both photos? If so, the driver's side hockey stripe is missing the bottom piece!

Edit: Nevermind, the end of the stripe on the passenger's side looks shopped on.

have the dealer fix the problem, the Hood and Hockey stripes look so much better, I get so many compliments about mine.

Thanks for the pics!

I wonder what the blacked out trunk lid would look like with that xm antenna.
