My dad has had his 1966 c10 three on the tree all original longer than he has had my mom. He has had it forever and for the last 7 years it sat rotting away. When he retired all he did was construction projects and would always ask to borrow my truck. So for christmas this last year myself, my mother and sister all chipped in and had it redone. She is stunning now new paint all body work reworked no bondo. The look on his face christmas morning priceless. It is a huge chunk of my childhood being taken to school. My little sister was embarresed of the truck it was my dad's work truck. So it was beaten and worn. He would drop her off far away from the school me i was proud never cared. The passenger side door was even jammed and i had to get out my dad's side and would have him drop me off right up front i didn't care i loved that truck. Happy it is still in the family and finally looking proper.
