According the AAC/Oracle video, this dome light can have the brightness levels adjusted via the remote???

Yes, on the color shift bulb you can adjust the color/brightness with the remote. It's a nice system

Here are my comparison photos. The biggest difference between the two is the color which is probably why it seems less brighter. The AAC has more blue/purple tint in it vs the competitor which is a true white.

Camero5...Great shots! I was between the two companies and wasn't sure which direction to go. This helped a lot! Really appreciate your efforts posting those!

I installed the same and love it. I use the greenish light the most but like all the colors. Nice and bright but the red is sweet if you like low light

Blue and Red are my favorite colors. Matches my factory footwell lighting perfectly.

I mess with the flash button to drive the wife crazy sometimes.

I would shy away from an SMD style 194 bulb for your dome lights

Just did the ACC dome colorshift, fast shipping and quick install. The remote feature is nice and the white with white footwells makes the car very visible at night.

I am with you on Camaro5 mods..... just can't stop!!!

I have AAC colorshift, but I have 2 questions below, can someone help?
1. The light wont fade out as stock one, it just cut off after door closed.
2. Tried to set it to fix in blue, but few times of door open/close, it just automatically set to ramdomly flash with all colors.

I have noted the same behavior, it dims a small bit and turns off. As for the default setting, I was told by ACC it not white, so I guess the flashing through the colors is the default.

Unfortunately I could never resolve the disco effect, so I just installed a plain white LED bulb.

Mine always goes back to default, which isn't white but a rapid color changing thing.

It can only make an fixed color for few times of srtar/off engine, afterwards it always reset to the default disco effect... Looks like many users here all have this problem...?
No matter what color I choose, it always goes like this.
