LED Fog Lights for 2012's?
I have a 2012 Camaro RS and cant stand my ugly Fog Lights. I'm looking to replace them with LED Fog Lights to match the headlamps but have been told that there are none available yet for this year's model. I know that there are some for the 2010's and 2011's but does anyone know if they have any yet for the 2012's??? Thanks so much!

I have a 2012 model and have the AAC plasma LED lights. To my knowledge they're not different from the 2010/11 model ones? Soooo much better looking than the stock yellow lights!

I was told that on the 2012 there are no bulbs for 2012 cars, GM upgraded them to a psx26w not the old p13w.
Since some people have no issues I wonder if it was a mid model year change.

Are those lights bright enough to drive with just those and your halos on at night? or do you still need to use your headlights?

Hmm maybe. I ordered my car in August and it was delivered in October, so it was an earlier '12.

I was just looking into this same thing today. My concerns were 1) does it void the warranty if I replace the factory fog lights with the AAC ones and 2) how difficult is it to install them. I have watched some videos of the installation procedure but I am really scared about messing up my 45th since I just got it 2 weeks ago

Yes, 1/4 of the way through '12 MY GM changed the harness and bulbs to PSA26w. If you have a early '12 then it is possible you may have the P13w harness. If you have a '12, take out a bulb and check. On the connector of the bulb it will say either P13w or PSA26w. If you have a PSA26w, you will have to wait until someone makes a compatible led bulb.
It takes only a few minutes to change them out and is really easy, and no it doesn't void your warranty. |

LOL AAC lights for $100. That's a nice joke.
Paid 1/8th of that for mine. Extremely happy too. I'm seriously so close to becoming a dealer for these lights. I've already lined up a wholesale seller and everything. Threads like these are what inspire me to hurry up and get to work on sourcing the bulbs!
