My Car Was Hit, What is the Devaluation?
Long story short, I had a lady hit me the other day because she didn't yield to a yield sign. My question is what would be a fair devaluation claim? Clearly this is a huge fix and the car will be devalued because of it, but my question is how much?

you have to look at your State laws, but given the age of the car (nearly 4 years) I would not expect anything.

A good rule of thumb on value is, "A car is worth whatever you can sell it for."

as long as thee is no frame damage and the fix is done the right way I wouldnt think it would effect it bc of the age of the car.

I didn't know you could file a claim for devaluation. How realistic is the payout to actual devaluation?
