I do not know that. I am only assuming it is. I just went to the my chevy order site and chatted with someone on there and ask why they cannot give me a reason the cars are on hold. I ask to talk to someone up the food chain that could tell me why. She ask for my name and phone number and the dealers name. I gave her all that info and she told me someone will be calling me back in the next 24 hrs. Maybe I will talk to someone who really knows and will tell me why they are not shipping them.

Yesterday I was on My Chevolet site and clicked to talk to a GM rep. I ask them to tell me why my car was bayed and when I could expect it to be shipped. The lady told me someone would contact me from customer care in the next 24 hrs. Well they did that but again it was,"we take pride in our cars and it is under quality control inspection along with a group of cars." I could not get any thing else from her so I will not bother them again or the dealer. I guess we all will just have to wait cause we are on there time!

I got notified today by Becky and my dealer that my 1LE built on 4/12 has been released from the QA hold and has been SHIPPED.

Another 1LE escapes.

There is hope for all you guys that have been bayed for awhile. This should also kill the rumor that someone posted that the cars wouldn't be released until June. I never did learn why the hold was in place but hopefully the problem is fixed, if there ever was one.

I got wind today mine is on a rail car destined for NC. No explanation on issue or fix. So looks like some sort of triage and fixing as fixes come available. Good luck will keep you posted on my delivery

Looked everywhere I could,had dealer get on there locator also and could not find one the color I wanted. I ordered a SIM with an automatic and no hole in the top.
