Fun at 75/80 on Saturday

Had a great time yesterday with Tim from T&T Performance at 75/80. We were testing out the latest Pedder's coilovers on my car, and trying to figure out tire pressures for the drag radials on Tim's ZL1.
The Pedder's seemed to help weight transfer over the previous KWs, and I had my best ever 60ft time of 1.459. Unfortunatey, I missed 2nd gear, so it didn't translate into a good et. On another run, with a 1.51 60ft, I managed to find all the gears, and ran a 10.747 at 131.81mph, bouncing off the rev limiter through the lights. I'm currently running 3.90 rear gears which seem to be a little too low, but the 3.76 gears I used to run were too high. What I really need is a 1 inch taller slick, but I haven't found any to fit my 16" wheels.
Tim ran a 10.88 in his ZL1, with 16lbs in his drag radials, which we think is too much pressure. All this was done in the heat of the day - Test & Tune ended early so they could finish the Run What You Brung races. Once it got dark, those guys managed more than one Track Record. There were some seriously fast cars there.

I was in the right lane on oth runs, and Tim was in the left.
