Nail in tire

just noticed I have a nail in my front tire. Are the goodyear's covered from the manufacturer or the dealer? I cant remember if I bought the extra wheel and tire insurance

The wheel and tire protection plan will cover it. I believe it is covered by the dealer

Not a GM covered item. Road hazard insurance will cover it.

If the dealer won't do it for free, go down to your local tire shop and have them install a mushroom plug from the inside. Costs me ~$20 to get it done and I've had dozens installed in the last 20+ years.

These dang F1's are just too sticky. Only 400 miles on mine and I picked up a big screw. Sucks!
I took it off and took it to my local Discount Tire - only choice anywhere close to me. They suprised me though. They ended up doing the plug/patch thing - WITHOUT scratching my wheels. I was very relieved with that.
And to top it off - it was free.
So a scratch free repair and at no cost - Thumbs up to my local Discount Tire guys!!!

I had one at 300 miles, was so pissed, but not as pissed when my windshield got broke. Our windshields are $800.00 (OEM)

I saw this and said in a loud and profound voice, 'F**K'! Got some 409 and sprayed it, no leak. Got my trusty small side cutters and when I touched it, it moved easily, but wasn't leaking! Turned out to be 1/8 " nail, removed it and still no leak!!!!!! Sticky tires for sure.

Can you blame him? These cars were built for cornering!

It is hard for me to resist some spirited driving on a curvy road or ramp to the interstate! Does the newness wear off? I have only had the car for a month, and it just keeps getting funner!
