Is it possible? Thoughts good or bad?

The ZL1 hood will not match up with the stock SS bumper. The "cowl" on the ZL1 hood is about 3" wider so your bumper would need to be modified. You could always go with the TL1 insert by ACS. You use your stock hood as well....everything would match up fine then..

If you do a search for the TL1 insert here on the site, there are quit a few threads as well. Step by Step instructions.

Yes. The cowl lines on the '13 are around 26" apart. they are around 30" on the '14.

Would love to find a hood for my 14 that has more room for a SC, that has the right lines.

Anything is possible. The 1LE looks good the way it was originally made. IMO it doesn't look good.
