Low volatage

Just recently I have noticed the voltage drops down to 12.5v were it used to be 14.7v and is intermittent.

Seems like a bad regulator, any thoughts?

It's common in the Camaro to drop to 12.5v

It pops up when it needs to charge more. There's 2 stages to the alt in these newer cars
