Well, $149 later (for an OEM throttle body from an online vendor) and 15 minutes of my time, throttle body was swapped out and she's running perfectly again. I called the Chevy dealership and they were quick to inform me that the TB was NOT covered under the power train, which makes me assume this is a pretty common problem they don't want to have to keep on repairing at their cost... Thanks for the help, guys!
