If you look at the 2 spaces on each side they ARE NOT split into 2 sections. They are just one big opening on each side with a turn signal mounted in the top of each one. The left one...that is clearly shown...the right one looks split in half because the bra is wrinkled.

It said they were testing a Shelby.

Well, GT 500 anyway.

That car isn't a GT500 though.

Wow it's for real huh? They covered the "camaro" word, so maybe the Z28 lettering will be back like it was on the Z28 of the 4th gen....I like it!

What's a Z28? Is that the type of engine?

Or, is it that you just HAVE to have the Z28? Curious...would probably be cheaper just to install the same SC that's currently for sale...and you know you will probably be able to install the same front fascia...etc...

It doesn't seem to be the hype should be so huge...but, again, it's cool it's been spotted...we'll see what she turns out like in the end.
I have not yet read every post.

But, ....I must reply....

Do you think all you are getting for the extra cash is a front facia, a supercharger, and a warranty?

If so, I think you need to add a few more components in there!!!

This will be WELL worth the cash.

Now...I want one more than anyone here would ever know. But, won't ever happen for me. SUCKS....but...that's the way life goes!

I didn't read through all 15 pages, but I wonder if they have any other engines in any other test mules. Hopefully we can get some more spy shots soon!

Thanks whoever got these bad boys!

I have a year of college left & I still have to find a job after that. Not to mention my wife wants a V6 Camaro. I know exactly how you feel.

Hang in there

I'll have the power and handling of the Z by the time it comes out, but I won't have the warranty that comes with it or the Z badge. A win/lose for me I guess. I'm happy for all of us that are Camaro enthusiasts and that have awaited the possible arrival of the Z! Waiting expectantly.

I'm pretty sure I have an idea...

We'll see, at this point it's looking more like 2012 is a more realistic timeframe for me to order my Camaro anyway, so this whole Z28 thing could be bad....

I agree, They arent going to spend money on shaving 300lbs either.
Its much cheaper adding 50Hp than losing 300lbs.
I feel.........
At a present speculation with a Z with 556hp and 3.45's It won't best the GT500.

I think that we will see 585 LSA with a 3:73 and a GG tax.
