2011 2SS/RS Problems: Engine Squealing, Brake Squealing, 1,2 Gear Grind. Please Help.

Hey guys,
So I've been to three different dealerships, two of which could care less that I have problems with my transmission where it grinds occasionally/more then I'd like from 1st gear to 2nd gear under a high rev/red line shift. The car has 13,000 miles on it so far and I bought it in April, I treat it like a lady, oil changes and maintenance are always early, and if anything, I take too good care of it.

Recently, I guess a dealership hadn't torqued the lug nuts and all 4 wheels had come loose (then again what more do you expect from a dealership that did a 'tire rotation' on directional and staggered tires putting the big ones in-front and the little ones in the back, yes I caught it and made them fix it before I left), and I had to have that tightened but i did that at a different dealership because I've lost all faith in this one.

Now for the real fun stuff, my brakes squeal like nobodies business and they have plenty left on the pads, a dealership dismissed those concerns saying "operating as designed" along with my transmission issues as they couldn't seem to duplicate it. The engine started squealing between 4500 - 6000 RPM and the one dealerships service manager claims it's the intake and that sometimes they do that (this does it, every-time), and I beg to differ. This is my second Camaro and I'm really really fed up with this one...

What should I do? Is there any recourse or do I have to sit back and take it in the ass from GM? I've called their customer care and all they say is take it to dealer again. How many times do I need to take this thing in, I want a new one.

The brakes are operating as designed. Whether ot not you accept that doesnt change the fact.

Engine squeal could be your belt or tensioner.

So what should I do? Well I accept the brakes as my old one used to do it but it wasn't that bad/loud.

You find a dealer who will fix it, or troubleshoot the problem yourself.

And I found a lemon law lawyer, as 10 Repair Orders in 6 months is ridiculous, give me my monies back so I can buy a car that f-ing works, possibly a ZL1...
