Heather, or Number 3...could you guys speak about the nightime visibility in regards to the regular headlamps? I guess I want to know if there's any real reason to go for the HIDs. And if the standard headlights are okay -- I won't. Thanks for your input!
Hey Dragoneye, Are you as old as I am and miss things too??? Hee hee hee
Both have answered after I ask several time that the "standard" headlight were very good and they were happy with them. My 2LTwill have them.

It handled better than we expected it to (we did have snows on the back). We had quite a bit of snow to get through in Canada and Michigan leaving for the trip and ice on the way back. Since the car has been back in Canada it has had snows put on the front too, and has handled well with recent snowfall. Of course, being used to a RWD, V8, manual takes some practice, but we were pleasantly surprised

Ah...I tried searching and couldn't find much on it. hmmm. Thanks! I wouldn't say I miss anything...but I rate both headlight styles the same in terms of attractiveness, and I'm on a budget. So any money that doesn't need to be spent - I don't want to spend.

considering neither of their cars could've even had ambient lighting (1LT & 1SS) i don't know if i can accept that. they don't put fog light switches on vehicles that don't have them, so why would they add an ABL dimmer just to taunt you?

The picture he is talking about was out of the silver IVER (I think, Dragoneye would know) from Indy, which did have Ambient Lighting... ABL dimmer switch is plausible.

ok. i see now. the top pic is definitely a 2LT (i'm guessing at indy) i was, for some reason, thinking one was from Heather's or Number 3's car.

Heather,

Did any of your pics from Bryan's house turn out? If so, please post a couple. Here's some more of the shots that I took while you were there. I have to figure out which one I want to have blown up poster-sized for the shop. It was great to be able to see your car in a real world situation, side-by-side w/ the first gen cars.

^^ nice looken 68 and 69 u got their. some of the angles of the pics make the 09 camaro grill really really ugly. i know its just the pics but i really gotta see this car live.

but wow in all seriousness these pics just prove the the 69 camaro will remain the all time best looking camaro ever.

btw heatherR u should fire the person who put the licence plate on the front bumper. not only is it ugly but its on a 45 degree angle lol

I think the 68 is the best all time. Also, I think the 2010 looks more like the 68. Just sayin..

Any chance that little red SS will be anywhere between Sarasota and Miami tomorrow?
I have to make a quick drive to Miami and back, and it would be nice to break up the drive with a little eye candy

Not unless that's somewhere close to Canada.
