I've never parted with money easily. Always wait and wait and wait and...then gotcha! I want my money back! LoL...I just really hate starting over on payments, then watching the depreciation like a hawk. ZL1 has a horrible 5-year value. KBB says a '13 should only be worth $23,000 in 5 years. That's on 15,000 miles/year. I don't drive that much though.

Never heard of a five year in the future value...lol...But if that's the case, what's your SS worth in five more years?....lol.

It's just a feature on Kelly Blue Book. According to them my SS should be taken out back and laid to rest! LoL

Well if I ever make a move, it won't be for another 5thGen....I'll keep my SS and maybe take a peek at the 6thGens in a couple more years...See what's up with those for some variety....

I really didn't wanna get this car. Wife and nephew picked it out. Now, I like the body style more than any car on the market. Plus, it's been a ton of fun to own/drive/meet folks in. I've never been into forums or car get togethers and whatnot. But, it's come time that I want more power...and this ain't getting it. Could go FI...but too many problems. That would save me from starting over payments though.

And, another problem there Blake is having to tear it all down in 2 years for SMOG. Mine's a 2010, so it's really just around the corner. Wouldn't have to do that with a Z.

I'm sure there's plenty of FI set-ups that aren't always failing...We just never hear about them on the forums...lol...Nobody puts up a thread like "Guess What? My FI Set-up Is Still Trouble-Free!"....lol....Only the ones that guys just can't leave alone and have problems with are the ones we hear about...lol
