The R888's are a fine multi-use tire. They have lasted through 3 seasons worth of mixed auto-x and track use (more of the former than the later). They probably would last another season. But keep in mind we have a limited season here so they've seen low miles. Mainly between April to September. They need heat to be effective, so they are much better on the track. Very loud on the street.

They don't compare at all to the Hoosier R8's that are on the yellow set of GA3Rs. But then again, the Hoosiers are 315 all around.
