Cold Air Intake Options? Dont know what to get?
I have a 2012 2LT and I can not decide on what CAI setup to install. I was wondering what anyone likes or dislikes and if any performance gains. I was looking at the Injen or the Spectre. Any opinions? Thanks.

Airman...I am in the same boat. I've done research here and it appears most members are for CAI, Inc. Those run about $400, a bit steep for my budget right now. I can either wait a few months or go with another one. Injen also gets alot of raves and Ive found those for the LFX for $250. I know you can't put a price tag on quality but $150 is a big deal for me.

I also have a 2012 2LT/RS conv. & I am trying to decide. Does anyone have a pic of an CAI installed on a 2012 V6 with the engine cover off. Thank you.

If money was an issue Injen got some good performance numbers. CAI has everyone mesmerized here for good reason.

Wow, that was fast. That is what I thought but wasnt sure with the one hose coming off the crome hose running back to the back of the engine on the r/h side looking at the engine. If that is the type of service that I will recieve I am in with CAI. By the way that catch looks good in that engine bay

Spend the $$ and get a CAI. The product is top notch quality, its car bling too. The other stuff looks (to me) like something made in someones else's garage. The CAI fits and looks perfect.
