2023's in less then two weeks?

Orders should open up on the 7th if it falls the same as last year. Is it normal to not hear any news on the new model yet?

Honestly I jumped on my 2022 ZLE (still sitting on a lot 1500 miles away awaiting Reliable to pick it up) because I'm at least partially concerned we are going to hear that they've just cancelled the 2023 Camaro (and all future years, at least of the ZLE) due to a combination of parts shortages, demand, and the obsession with EV virtue signalling nearly every maker now has.

I got this response from a rep on the Chevrorlet Camaro Facebook page during a chat:
Hey there, Rob. The 2023 Camaro's estimated production is set to start this summer. Orders can be placed for the 2023 Camaro starting late April this year. Our team would be happy to look into your vehicle's current order status, but please know our team here is not provided with any further details. For further clarification on these details we do recommend reaching out to your selling dealership for the best assistance. Please let us know if you have any questions.

I’m worried they're gonna put the facelift on the ZL1. Otherwise I would be waiting for a 2023 in the hopes it gets some Blackwing parts.

So is 2023 or 2024 going to be the last model year? I'm just curious if GM will be doing anything special for the camaro. Or if it will just be like 2002 when it was a special paint scheme like the trans am got.

I would bet green money the Camaro goes out with a whimper, just like the gen four which got the Z4C tape and decal package. If there is a 23 model, it's going to be a very low production due to constraints/ demand.

From what I can tell, 2022 already has, the copper free brakes are the Blackwing brakes, correct? And I've been told the supercharger part number on the 22 is the same as the Blackwings now (and was what resulted in the change to the bypass valve actuator noticed on 22's). What this means, hard to say...

It's GM so expect a paint & decal package as the sendoff for the Camaro.

At this point, I would be glad to know the paint changes. I really wanted the Wild Cherry on my 23 ZL1 but it looks like that may be gone. Hope they have a good substitute.

Yea you would think if 2023 orders start on or around April 7, 2022 for 2023 camaros we would have at least heard about colors offered. 2023 Camaro's have been extremely quiet. I always assumed no news is good news but I am starting to wonder if no news means no changes at all or even worse no 2023's at all.

From my research it's normal to keep everything a secret until it hits. In my research yesterday I see that the ability ro build last year on Chevy.com was in August even though ordering was open in April. sooooo?????

Thanks for the date. That helps with some of the anxiety.
