Here's the correct belt size for the tweener pulley and confirmation tune installed.

Bro was rushed to hospital for severe heat exhaustion. Has been working outside helping his neighbor clear some of his property. It's been 100+ here. He's very healthy was drinking lots of fluids. This heat is no joke. He's recovering and going to be okay. Everyone be careful in the heat. Haven't spoken to my installer to see what he accomplished further.

Update. Bro is much much better-doc said he was literally minutes from death which is mind blowing if you know my brother and how in shape he is. Heat exhaustion/dehydration is no joke. Was drinking tons of water yesterday. Anyway, he's being released from the hospital this afternoon. He is dying to GTHOOT.

Onto the car, turns out that belt is not going to work. It's too big. Jon spent 3 hrs machining this morning to get more tension into the system and it wasn't enough. Ordered another belt-it's sposed to be in at 2:30pm and he'll have to narrow it down to fit. It's too wide but it's the only one he could find out here in the sticks. (Que the banjos now)

His goal is to have this thing running by day's end. The Trifecta tune is installed. This is the 1st remote install with a larger pulley so we're essentially working from a blended kit mostly due to my last minute changes. Lol. Tracy has been awesome about overnighting things out as needed and being available to talk to on the phone.

Jon is also insistent about a few things on my install that are not part of the RX kit which require fabrication. Like what he wants to do with the crash bar and retaining the stock radiator air scoop-or what're ever you call it.

We're rolling with it and the important thing is we're not rushing it and it's going to be done right and it's going to be an awesome build.

Jak....Hope your brother doesn't have any long term effects from the heat exhaustion...I hear that can happen. Glad he is OK though!

Can't wait to see an update on your build.

Yes heat exhaustion and dehydration is nothing to be taken lightly. Throughout the time that I played football down in this HOT Texas weather, I've seen my fair share of people fall victom to heat exhaustion or dehydration.

I am VERY curious about your build, and what kind of psi the tweiner pulley is going to produce. Also it will be interesting to see if your fuel system keeps up. My guess is no (unless you are going with a meth kit or HPFP), it seems at around 7 maybe 8 psi is when it starts failing, which isn't too far from the stock pulley.

So glad to hear that your brother is okay. Been thinking much about loved ones today in light of what happen a short way from where I live and work today. Be thankful! The car will work itself out.
