Indy pics from Dragoneye

I'm afraid TAG's very impressive message is a hard act to follow. But I'll try my best.

I met a lot of great people at this event, some from this site -- and others who weren't.

Tag, Mrs. Tag: Thanks for the laughs, and the assistance. I wasn't sure a month ago when I'd ever get to see you two in person -- I'm glad it was at Indy.

Turtle, Naomi: It was great to finally meet you two. You're both certainly reality-check specialists, and you both just oooze of Camaro enthusiasm.

Garfin(Elie): Thanks for the hug , and thanks for the welcome. It's funny to think that you're but a fraction of the distance we traveled to Indy away from me...but Indy was the place where we finally met. Quite appropriate, in my opinion.

headpunter, Killer, Octane, Bumblebee, Nightrider, and Cheryl (I don't think you have a username on here...), and others I'm sorry to admit I've forgotten: I very much wish I was able to spend more time chatting and visiting with you.(actually...that goes for everybody) There's just not enough time in one day. But for the moments we did talk -- I can tell that we'd get along well -- you're all very awesome!

If it was for that (^) alone that I came to Indy...then I am very satisfied. You guys are all REALLY great people, and there's this sense of whole-ness when you can put real faces to names. I was blessed to be able to share this moment with all of you. I couldn't have wished for a greater group of folks.

Then...there's a person who's worth mentioning very specifically. Scott...Fbodfather....(before my time here: Redplanet). You are one incredible individual -- the time and soul you put into this car and into our community is unbelieveable. I hope you realize how very, very, very grateful we are for it. There have been good times, and bad (to the absolute extremes). And there's no doubt been a substantial amount of stress...like when you're attempting to make tens of thousands of people understand that they are NOT the production headlights...but if there was only one person we could count on to keep the faith through it all, then it was you, Scott. Thanks for spending the time to talk to me while I was there, thanks for firing up that car when you had to be elsewhere, and thanks for hanging around the site. I, and I'm sure we all, greatly appreciate it.

Now...without further ado... Here's the pics!!!!!!
(any questions about them, just ask -- even if you think they're stupid questions )

Believe it or not...it really wasn't that bad. I mean -- you don't have as much visibility as you might like...but as I looked around in there, I didn't feel like I was being hampered by poor visibility.

I am really glad to hear this, I was getting ready to ask about the blindspot opinions of those who sat in the car.
