Will it cause a problem if there is a slight catch and nothing is done to alleviate the problem? I would think that Chevy would have been aware of this and no damage would be the result, but now you guys have me worried as mine does it as well.....

Mine does this too. If I grab the handle and push with my thumb, it works great. But the tendency is to just pull out on the door handle and that's what causes the window to rub. Seems like the window should index down sooner than it does. Is there an adjustment on the trigger mechanism for the index switch???

Mine works great no problems at all. No wind noise inside but when I watch the top go down the passenger side lags behind a little.

I apologize but I do not know of any fix for this issue as of yet. You may want to speak with your dealers to see if they might have some documentation on hand that would help with this issue. If your dealer is unable to resolve this for you please let me know and I'll go what I can for you.
