I catch people taking pics of my Bee all the time. I consider it a compliment. especially when there's other nice cars in the same area as mine but people don't seem to be attracted to them like my Bee.

here's a quick pic I took of some girls that were gawking at my car when me and my wife were coming out of the mall. my wife had me remote start the car while they were taking close-up shots of the Transformers emblems and they freaked out. lol

It happens to me quite a bit still. I actually see it most often when I'm sitting at a traffic light and see the people in the car behind me snapping some pics.

A couple days ago, a passenger in the car in front of me on the freeway turned around and snapped some pics.

I'm sure it has something to do with my license plate.

I still have it happen, since I have a customized plate and blacked the camaro out. The 'oh hey cool!' factor wears off eventually..

going to go with the more viable choice..

i take more pictures of my car.

Come drive around here in Bellevue/Redmond washington.. So many BMW's/Audis/Lexus/etc.. up here that no one cares.. common as Hondas.

Not many Camaros though.. they get looks.

We took the ZL1 to Daytona for the July race, and it had it's picture taken more than Dale Jr.

The FIRST time it happened to me, it kind of freaked me out a bit. Only had the car about a week. Was filling it up for the first time and out of no where, this older guy at the gas station did a dead stop in his truck, got out, and started saying "Oh my god, oh my god!" like a starstruck teenager.

Apparently, he just really liked the car and BumbleBee. He asked if he could take pics of it..

I always feel that people taking pics of my car is a compliment. Even though I can't really get used to it.

Yup Sept. 11 of this year.... Took my girlfriend out for a nice dinner in Georgetown. Came out of a Restaurant to find a lady sitting on my hood over the passenger tire while another individual snappend a picture... If it wasnt for my Maganni's I would have run them both down and beat them with the roses I purchased for my girlfriend. Thats the only time I have seen someone take a picture but I always find random handprints depending on where I park in D.C.

Edit.... I know how some people are on C5.... No I would not have really put my hands on a woman... But she would have got the whispering of a lifetime...

Yep... happens randomly in traffic.

Until I did some mods it used to rarely get attention at cruise ins. This last summer though, I started gathering a few small crowds :-)
