V6 - your gas consumption is ?

Im running at about 16.1L at the moment.
which is my heaviest so far.

Last year i used to be at about 13 easy driving and 15 with a really heavy foot.

Just wondering what you guys are running.

after reading some threads on what gas to use, i think maybe the ethanol might be giving me lower numbers. Wondering which gas is gonna be better between Ulramars supreme and Shell's. My wallet likes ultrmar's thursdays.

With 2-3 results ill know if im in the proper range.

Mines is averaging 11.5 -11.8 L/100 with a 60% highway and 40% city mix. I suffer from occasional bouts of "foot to floor" syndrome.

I have been using Esso 87 but recently have been experimenting with Sunoco/PetroCan 94 for the last couple fill ups. Other than a little extra oomph MPG's have been steady.

16.0 around town, not much highway. I use highest octane at the pump available(92-93)...if that even makes a difference.

I just did a 300km trip and got 8.5L/100km (27mpg). Not too bad since I am just approaching 1000km on the odometer.

To provide perspective, I drive the V8. My SS is my DD (daily driver) and my daily commute is 75% highway, 25% city.

I average 12.2 - 14.2 l/100km. That works out to 23.15 mpg - 19.89 mpg.

I get 15.6/100 currently. I only have 450 on the odo but I live 4.3km from work so it's mostly stop and start and TBH the manual makes it hard to not pull through the gears to the speed limit. LOL. I think I"ll get 450 to the full tank once it's said and done.

I'm 80/20 highway/city.. I use heavy throttle frequently..

11.5.. it's been there for quite a while.

I wonder what I could get it down to if I didn't drive like an idiot.
