Carl at Lancer service in St. Paul is an excellent tuner, check any of the local forums and he comes highly recommended. I know he charges $450 for a standard tune, that would include tuning it with some basic mods like cold air intake, cat back exhaust.

Which local forums have Mpls-area tuner reviews? Do you mean the one here, or another?

What he said. I had my car tuned by Carl, he knows his stuff, and is worth the price. CJTunes.

Looks like he tunes V8s. Don't see anything about V6s there.

Call Carl and ask him, he's very friendly and won't have an issue answering any questions.

If you haven't done this, yet... Bring it to Ronnie @ RS Motors. He did mine.

But, again, you have a V8. How many V6s has that shop tuned?

I was going to post this very question, right down to the Apple Valley part. I have 5K to spend on additional HP over this coming winter.
