This is exactly what I'm running and as I mentioned earlier () I get 9.5 psi.

What do I have to do to change the rear to cog drive - strictly for the whine? I really don't want to pull blower off. Will I need a re-tune if I keep it the same ratio?
PS: It's a SLP maggie

If you do 1:1 cog, no retune or otherwise is necessary. You can do the swap with the blower in the car...it's just a little more difficult.

Any special tools? Does the belt have a tension adjustment?

Swivel neck ratchet makes it a bit easier, the belt is adjusted the same way as the stock set up.

I don't see anything in the install instructions on adjusting belt. About how long did it take with swivel rachet?

The install instructions give you a torque spec for the rear bearing bracket set screw (this is what applies tension to the belt). I believe it is 15 in-lbs.
