2012 SRT8 Challenger or Zl1 Camaro

Which would you choose? I have a 2012 SRT8 with 5000 miles and have the opportunity to trade my dad for a new Zl1 with only 1000 miles.... love the look and comfort of the challenger, but the Zl1 is pretty fun..... your opinions on each are welcomed

You will not have anyone chose the challenger over the ZL1 on this forum. Just saying.

Pretty easy really. The Challenger handles like a pig even with the SRT8 upgrades. You just can't compare the two. I do like the old 6.1 for straight horsepower mods, though very expensive. It took me around $20K to get to 650rwhp with the SRT8......but again, no where near the handling of the Z even with LSD rear diff, KW adjustable coilovers, hotchkis sways, strut braces, BMR bump steer kit and an aggressive alignment.

I don't like the look of the challenger in any way.. Definitely going with the ZL1 for sure.

ZL-1. I know one thing if i had more room i would have a 392 challenger parked next to mine. Very great looking cars!

I like the challenger interior, that's about it. It looks tall, and heavy. And its performance specs look heavy too. Both are hefty cars, only one can handle well....

Both are sweet rides but the ZL1 is the better car. The ride and performance are great over any Mopar product

The challenger is a much more comfortable car at least as far as the seats go. I've only sat in them at dealers. I just don't think Dodge's quality is on par with GM's and as big as the Camaro is, the Challenger seems bigger. All this aside, its my second choice behind the ZL1 until the next gen Mustang comes out.

This is not a serious question is it?????? LOL!! In what universe is this an actual question??? Mopar has not made a car worth owning since the late 60's.

I'd take the Challenger as a second car.

Yes I am. . There's aspects of all them that I like. Can't get everything in one car though, so everybody has to find out which of the three they'd rather own, unless they have the resources to own all three.
