VMAX Black Ice-olater install help

Hello, I just installed the Vmax Black Iceolator and ported throttle body.
Into my 2010 2LTRS V6
Because the isolator raises the intake manifold a couple of things have changed. I'm not a master mechanic in fact I'm not even a passable one.
Any links to parts etc are appreciated.
After Black Ice Install ..
1 - Top bolts on the intake manifold only turn a couple times and I'm wondering where to get longer ones or solution. Everything feels fine but I like a few more turns.
2 -Engine cover will not go on again as the sandwich is higher now.
Can I get longer bolts for the engine cover?
3- Heat shield on the back of intake manifold only held on by one screw (flat on bottom) the top holes in the bracket will not reach.
4- Support Bracket to throttle body does not reach again as everything lifted.

any links to parts appreciated.
PS: Along with the throttle body the car feels faster me likey.

Here Ya Go! BoltDepot.com, you need 4, 8mm x 1.25mm x 140mm stainless steel, metric hex bolts. The package says, product #7103. Then take one of the 4 long original bolts and use it for the front hole. Take the original front bolt and use it for the hole closest to the firewall. Take the post for the front of the engine cover to a hardware store and get a nut the same size for in between, this will raise the post and lock it down. Did you use RTV for the top gasket? Buy an OEM gasket for the top, the RTV will eventually leak air.
