A10 Bolt on Results!

hey guys First time posting as a 6th Gen owner i got my 17' Summit white ZL1 a few months back and finally got around to getting it turned up a little. here is what i went with:

*Roto-Fab cold air with dry filter
*American racing 2" x 3" off road with intermediate pipes into stock npp muffler
*Ati Balancer with Lingenfelter 9.17 lower pulley
*NGK plugs
*Josh Isaacs tuned it at Lashway motorsports

couldn't be happier with the power, but now i want to tighten up the chassis and lower it!

Very nice! Perfect balance of reliability, drivability, and power, I think.

Absolutely. I don't plan on doing anything else performance wise. It has 100% stock driveability and hasn't sacrificed anything except rear tires!

Very nice! That's about 100 rwhp over stock I'd stay. I wanna see what this thing runs in the 1/4 and more importantly, what it traps

no unfortunately not. same car on the same dyno was baselined a few days before mine and made 562/575. almost identical weather and the cars are identical(even in color). im going to try to get it on a different dyno in the next few weeks to compare numbers, but ive had all kinds of my cars on this dyno and it is very reliable and consistent. Typically it reads low as well.

Yeah im not a huge drag race guy and dont track my street cars but ill definitely be hitting the strip with this thing. i want to see what its got on street tires and then throw a set of Dr's on and see how deep in the 10's it will go.

Awesome, please post back with the results. Racing season is coming to an end unfortunately, only a couple months left at best.

Just want to make sure i understand it right, you picked up ~100hp by cai, lower pulley, headers with mid, and tune? Is this on 93 octane? When i do my car i hope to be at 700 rwhp and your info is very helpful for me to figure out what i will do.

That is correct. yes 93 octane pump gas, no additives, no dyno tricks etc. 6th gear pull (A10 trans) 89 degree ambient and about 12-15 ft above sea level.

Is there a reason you used 6th gear?

Just curious because I thought you were supposed to use 1:1 which I believe is 7th.
