Getting one soon...

So I've been doing some shopping and I have had no luck thus far. I found this 2LT/RS and Auto at the Town and Country Chevy in Milwaukie and they just tried to sell it to me for way above MSRP and they added a weird CLEAR Bra which costs an additional $1k. I contacted Ron Tonkin Chevy and they said they will accept my GM Supplier discount which brings it $1k BELOW MSRP. They're getting around 15 Camaros next week in hopes of there being one that I want. I don't see many Chevy dealers around my area at least. Maybe I should look out into Beaverton or Hillsboro?

I've been to Wilsonville Chevrolet a few times and they always told me they will not mark up any Camaro ever. Give them a call and see what they will do for you.

If all else fails, try contacting CamaroScotty on this board. He has a network of dealers that will work with you and not drain your wallet.

The clear bra isn't something I got, but it isn't "wierd", really.

It will protect your paint on the front end from rock chips and such...

Check out Suburban Chevy in Sandy.
They had at least 6 SS's on the lot and maybe 1 used LS/LT.
Couldn't tell I was driving down 26 headed east.

OH YEAH! Welcome to the site!

The only issue I have now is finding the car that I want. No one in the area has a 2LT/RS with either CGM, Black or IBM. I was thinking about getting a sunroof too but it's Portland.... I don't think I'll need it for those rare days that we do get sun. The question now is should I order one? OR wait until the 2011 which brings up more questions as to how much more will it cost. Blah....decisions! Hopefully I will come to a conclusion on what I want to do

I think chambers in bellingham might have one cgm, talk to Zach, he is very nice to deal with. They had one a few weeks ago, haven't verified if it is still there. Might be worth the call.

So how many here fellas in Portland have the Camaro already? I've test driven one but it was an LS. Want to test drive an SS sometime. =D

I have a clear bra on my car, not camaro though :(. Very good. I think I got a bargain price but next time I'd probably find a 3rd party to do it. Dealers likely outsource this.
