The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same. Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different. I can't wait for my next Track fix. I'm a drag racer at heart, but since I have started running Pumpkin on road course I'm a convert. What a HOOT.

I'd have to say road racing as it is a lot more fun!
Autocrossing is also a great time and a bit cheaper! Kind regards, Jordan Priestley 888.308.6007 |

Went to Hallet (road course) a few months back. Drag racing isn't even close.
My Camaro is biased toward road racing, but I'll drag race every chance I get..

I feel it is as simple as this: Would you rather spend all day at the drag strip for about 6-8 10-12 second runs, or spend all day at the autocross course for about 6 45-60 second runs, or spend all day at the road course driving the pi$$ out of your car for 4 30 minute lapping sessions, or more. 2 hrs of high speed seat time wins for me and results in a true permagrin.

I love the road racing at mosport.
BUT the 1/2 mile top speed is my new favorite rush. Almost 150mph either track still in 4th gear!

Next trip will be on March 22 I don't think the 1/4 mile run can compare |
