It all depends on the owner and how they treat their car

My interior is holding up well at around 20K miles. The one thing I will point out as others have mentined is that the leather seat has stretched/wrinkled/creased some on the driver's side seat; not the seat back. Past threads have theorized that a skinny butt is the cause of this.

Had a tiny rip in the leather seat and the cover to the lever that controls the power movement on the same seat at like 15k. The dealer replaced the seat cover and fixed it on a warranty claim.

Needless to say I only have 2,000 miles on mine, I have no issues. I thought my orange trim package would be a problem but its perfect. I have a no food/drink policy unless its water, and the girlfriend hates me for it everyday.

I've gotta get the clips/snaps that hold the door panels replaced because they keep separating over time on me. Other than that, everything else has been peachy keen.

39 months old - 25k miles

The plastic interior pieces that have heavy skin contact (arms resting or touching) are starting to lightly peel (or shead). I'm a little disappointed because I've owned a lot of cars (too many to count) and this has never happend on a car this new (just over 3 years old).

It has something to do with skin contact and movement over the plastic that's causing it to peel.

My guess is this will become a wide spread issue in the coming years as more cars get in the 3+ year old range.

I'll try to take a few pic and maybe start a new thread about it.

Mine's holding up well (around 22,000 miles). Only issue I've had is the driver's side speaker looks like it's been kicked once or twenty times. :(

The interior looked like it was falling apart. The silver trim around the vents was peeling off, pieces were falling off/fallen off, and the cloth seats were torn in some places.

This could just be because the previous driver trashed the car, but I wanted to see how the interior was holding up w/ people who actually treat their Camaros with care (Camaro5).

So, how are you guys/gals' interiors holding up thus far?
So far so good but it helps not allowing drinks, food, pets, dirty clothes, dirty hands in the car . In nearly a year the only problem i have had is dust and spare change slipping out of peoples pockets

42k miles. the paint around my middle ac vent bubbled up. the chrome by the passanger vent broke off. and my leather on the driver seat is cracking on the left side...Everything but the leather got fixed in my 36k bumper to bumper...

Sounds like to me the car may have been a lease so whomever owned it didn't care about taking care of it. My 2010 was 2 1/2 years old when I traded it and had 26000 miles and the interior was like new.

My 2010 looks like brand new inside and she was my daily driver for 2 years sitting out in the sun all day at work & until recently she only had a carport to protect her at home. I do have the cloth 2 tone seats which seem to hold up better than the leather ones. I personally don't like leather seats..................(no let me be honest, personally I hate sitting on leather but I know I am in the minority on this). You will be fine if you take good care of it.
