You know, good MPG is not something that is new. Some of you are likely too young to remember the gas crisis of the '70's, but even back then, the Mustang was rated at 34 miles per gallon on the highway and 24 miles per gallon in the city. Granted, the car was the Mustang II and was ugly as sin, but it did allow Ford to offer a fuel-efficient version of the ponycar and carry them through until the Fox-body was introduced in 1979.

I don't know about the whole mustang thing here... the new body style is just ugly on the mustang... enter Camaro. We've been waiting so long for that thing - I saw one at the local dealership so I know they're being shipped... Just see.

Pontiac got the ax for lack of defined brand. Pontiac got axed even though it sold way more cars than cadillac. It just didn't have a strong brand. This is a move that's going to make Chevrolet a more desirable brand.

Now that I look at it more.... that is only the current bid. It has 4 hours (an eternity) to go and I can guarantee that will go far higher. Also it is actually a GT as seen on the side badge in the pictures below.
