2014 Camaro SS 1le Cold Weather Wheel and Tire Package

I am in the process of researching wheel and tire packages for a 2014 1le for the cold weather months in NJ. My preference is to keep the look of the OEM wheels and tires that come with the 1le package.

I am not looking for a true winter tire but a performance all season like the Michelin Pilot A/S 3 or Nitto Motivos. I also think i will get the Forgestar F14s since i think they are the best for the price. Normal but spirited driving. Not tracking the car in the winter. Don't plan in driving it in the snow but will not be putting it in storage either.

Seeking input re the tires and the sizing of the current package i am looking at. Thoughts on the tires as well as the different sizing compared with the OEMs. Any noticeable difference in vehicle dynamics under normal driving?

F14s 20x9.5 in front and 20x11 out back.
Motivos 275/40/20 in front and 315/35/20 out back.

I am running the motivos on my 1LE. Put them on at 600 miles, basically cause I wanted to drive the car when it was cold out. Obviously I wont drive it in snow, or ice, but there are days in northern indiana when it is cold, but not snowy out. Seems like I could feel the sidewall flex slightly more than the F1's, on hard cornering, but very acceptable. I am running the stock wheels.
