Just wondering if your painter used the flexible clear coat or standard?

Why thank you, Sir!

I was only allowed to do the prep work. I ruined a small batch of body filler... damn hardener works too quick for me.... I didn't take pics of the primer or the wet sand and buff we did yesterday. There are a couple small runs in the clear that we are going to get taken care of next weekend. Once I get it all polished and waxed should be better than factory.

Cool! I was disciussing that subject with my painter just recently and He claims most body shops don't after an accident repair. Years later you find out when the clear spider webs.

My whole damn car needs painting. Road chips here in Lower Bama really suck.

Chris,

The warmer the ambient temperature the less hardener you need. I clearly rember telling your about this before you did the work

No one will notice as you fly around the cones or down the strip.

Chris, You can polish all you want, but DON'T wax it yet. Ask your painter how long to wait. Unless it's baked, it ain't cured yet. That can take 30 to 90 days! You wax it and the paint can't gas off and it'll bubble.

With Adam's it contains silicone. You can polish with it but I recommend you use a 50/50 isopropyl alcohol/distilled water mix to get the polish off completely when done.

New paint I like Megs 105 and 205 and it's paint shop friendly. No silicone! Once it's cured the Adam's line is perfect
