no. you fill them with helium to make them lighter and gain horsepower

also, you need to make sure to flush the engine every two weeks by running water through the engine with a hose, and then staring the car.......

you're all smart enough to know that all it takes is a little turbine.

and then you end up with this.

of course, if you don't add the NoS decals on the back, the whole turbine is useless... stickers are key here
