Distortion on newly painted hood - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

So I bought a hood from vfn a month ago and I sent the hood to get painted to the best local shop around here but when I went to take a look at it, one side of the hood looks really distorted on the reflection... the hood got a heavy coat of clear coat and just gotta wait a couple days until it's ready for sanding and Polish but I feel like that distortion is gonna stay there..any thoughts why it looks like that?
