Is it safe to drive ?

Today I removed my shifter plate so I could start painting it .
It's probably going to take me two days to complete so I was wondering If y'all think it's safe to drive .
This is the plate that contains the aux. Gauges , cigarette lighter, and the traction control buttons.
I drive a automatic so my actual shifter is still there

You should be fine. Just don't drive without your glovebox installed.

I drove mine for a month with out it installed. I had problems with my Scosche kit and radio. I did not feel like taking it every time. It was not easy to take out and to put back in.
If some things goes wrong the dic will warn you.

Good, because I've been meaning to do a glovebox delete . That will add about + 10 HP right ?
