Interesting Exterior Mods - orange full length striping and orange wheels

It appears to been in Germany maybe? The sign in the background looked as though it was in German. But there's lots of countries with German as their official language, so who knows...

Yep - definitely Germany - there's a 'D' below the European Union Flag on the left side of the plates.

it looks standard design for that part of the world..I am sure they look at our way of modding cars with a raised eyebrow also

I must admit that I don't mind that at all. Not my taste exactly, but doesn't offend me one bit (like the 26" rim one does).
