You have just simpified it for everyone - Thank You! Question to all who think the OP has any validity - Do you not think we would be seeing some info about cars with VIN number in the 9,000 number range?

Think about it for a second - 99% of all dealers will give us our cars VIN numbers as soon as they have been assigned (3300). So how come nobody here has posted about having a VIN number greater than 6,000? Mmmm....

Considering that is an official report and us not getting any decent information from GM lately about where these cars are going, not to mention UCF's tracking system being undermined by GM hiding some VIN numbers, why dispute it?

You are entitled to your opinion but I prefer to go by the evidence we have from our members who have their cars or others who have tehir VIN numbers.

Some new folks might get the wrong idea and think we are all a bunch of ****** and that is just not the case. Way to go Hylton. Your credibility speaks volumes between your words.

Since no one else is doing, I'm going to call your bluff, Mr. Smartypants! I want to know exactly how many Camaros you think have been built.

By the way, what the hell does it matter. Some truck driver exaggerating to a salesman to make himself feel good that day.

Oh...one more thing, my VIN is 5665.

Gents, my car was built last week and my VIN is 4835.

I doubt they built more than 4,000 cars since last week.

Sorry, but this info is BS.

Actually, no I don't. Go back and read the OP post....9000 cars waiting to be shipped.....now I'm sure the driver did not go out and count each and everyone of them but it's not too hard to believe that he might actually be telling an "exaggerated" truth.

Say that my VIN is the latest one added to the lot (which I'm sure it's not), then add all of the dealer camaros, and toss in a few CTF vehicles still sitting around....probably not 9000 cars, but surely it's 5000+.

I mean if you were just an "average joe" and you looked out across this vast lot of camaros, wouldn't you be just a bit amazed? Yes, it's probably an exaggeration by the driver, but does it really matter?
