First oil change = SUCCESS!
Hello guys,
Just made my first oil change. First time I've ever changed oil on any car lol... so I feel pretty good right now. All the credit goes to the people on this forum who made DIY guides. Those were great. Nevertheless, I did make a HUGE mess when i took out the Drainplug though @_@ I had no idea it would project so far (even though I was warned). So clean up was a huge chunk of time. I also let the oil drain for about an hour... is that too long? I ended up just wiping it and plugging it back up because it was STILL dripping.... O_o The rest was a piece of cake =D

Glad you made it out alive lol. I usually let it drain until it there isn't a stream of oil anymore and just sparingly drips.

It always feels good when you DIY. Now that you've done it once it's like second nature. Great job!
