Yeah all I get is messages on here from him, if i don't get a supercharger it will be no big worry as my car had 60,000 miles on it

thats what has me worried,i could skip the powertrain warranty and that would save me money. But with my luck something would happen.if i dont get a supercharger i seen this old ford pickup up i may buy,that has a chevrolet drivetrain

I didn't go with the warranty, the kit is very well made and based on the drive train I'm comfortable without it

Actually, since a boost guage requires boost to be present, it therefore robs said engine of boost to activate guage, less performance...

Not sure what install in the car would involve but I have been looking for one to put on my bagger. I have found complete kits with sensor around the 300 dollar mark. Some actualy read in numbers and others have more of a bar graph style. Seem to have fast reaction to changes in afrs. Milla seconds sampling speed. Probably more important than a boost gauge with the sc kits unless your gonna play with pullys.

SC kit about 8 hours, AFR kit weld bung into exhaust for wideband plus approptiate wiring, 2-3 hrs.

IPF has no guages with kit, there are many options for these if you want them. you set it and forget it......
