Question Paint touch-up

Hi Guys,

Anyone in the UK stock these for our cars? Having had the car a month or so now, I've washed her a few times and I'm not happy with a few areas of the paint... flaking and chips.

Short-term I'd like to see if I can sort this. Equally, someone else has had a go previously with the wrong colour...

I'm guessing she is Victory Red?

Ta!

I got an expensive OEM GM touch up pen from US Automotive after trying to order one myself from Ebay US, it got stopped as hazardous material and they would not ship it.

Guess Pete should be able to get you one.

I also found a UK place that supplies larger quantities, let me find it and get back to you.

I picked up a few touch-up pens and half a dozen aerosols in the US earlier this year after a fruitless search in the UK - I subsequently found out you can get GM paint matched by an online supplier over here - I'll need to trawl thru my search history to find it again - let you know if/when I find it.
Cheers,
Ed.

These will do half a litre, Victory Red not listed but sure they will supply it if you need that much. I bought some as I have an air brush and was going to do some of the interior, but changed my mind

Most of the paint codes are shared with Vauxhall / Opel paint codes.

The names might be different but a lot of the colours are the same.

If it helps anyone, 'Summit White' is code GAZ and is readily available here

The only REAL gripe I have about my Camaro is the shite GM paint to be honest; it ain't the best - I have alot of small/tiny chips on the fascia (which I suppose you should expect on our crap roads0 but it doesn't appera to have any lustre or depth to it, even after a waxing. Could be that Yellow isn't good for hiding flaws as well.
