Does seem like it would be laggy, but they do put the 80mm ones on Supras so I guess you can put enough exhaust through them.

What about the brakes?
There is two kits for the V6 single or twin turbos. You really dont need the twin since the engine really won't take more than 7psi.

Options:
Ball Bearings upgrade
Turbo size - we went smaller so it spools faster
Turbo jacket
Turbo Coating
You get the tune with the kit from STS which is tuned by Tri-fecta
