Neutral rev only up to 4K rpms
I just got a muffler delete on my 2014 Camaro 2SS/RS and I just realized it's only reving up to 4K in neutral and in drive it shifts at 4K rpms M mode it will shift at 6k. Can someone help me.. Is this regular and if so why?

Believe it's a safety features to keep you from over revving while in neutral / causing excessive wear

Yeah something is wrong if you floor it and it shifts @ 4k and not all the way to 6k.
Unless 2010 and 2014 are different.
